We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the necessary instructions to ship the product. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the following cases:
the product arrives defective
the product is damaged during transport
the product received is incorrect
In these cases, Valma Home will cover the return or replacement costs.
Personalised products
Because our lamps are made to order using 3D printing, some products may include customised configurations (such as the choice of base or shade colour).
Personalised or customer-specific configured products cannot be returned, unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item received and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order.
Right of withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, with no need to provide a reason.
To do so, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with the receipt of purchase.
This right does not apply to personalised or customer-specific configured products.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within up to 14 calendar days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
