Valma Home operates this store and website, including all the information, content, features, tools, products and services available on this site to provide you, the customer, with an online shopping experience (the “Services”). Valma Home uses Shopify technology to deliver the Services.

By accessing our website or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not accept these Terms of Service, you may not access the website or use the Services.

By accepting these Terms of Service, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence or that you have the consent of a legal guardian.

You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We have made every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, the colours and appearance of products may vary depending on the device used to view them.

Valma Home reserves the right to:

  • limit the sale of products by person, region or jurisdiction

When you place an order in our store, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.

An order will only be considered accepted once it has been confirmed and the payment processed.

Product prices may change at any time without notice.

The applicable price will be the one shown at the time the order is placed.

All prices shown in the store include applicable VAT and are expressed in euros (EUR). Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit card via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Bizum, and Apple/Google Pay where available.

You agree to provide truthful, current and complete purchase and payment information.

The shipping times provided are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee.

Valma Home is not responsible for delays caused by:

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

However, any purchase made on this site is made directly with Valma Home, and Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and Valma Home.

SECTION 16 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer or user, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, with no need to provide a reason and without any penalty, in accordance with Article 102 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you may:

  • Send an email to hello@valmahome.com indicating your decision to withdraw.
  • Use the withdrawal form provided in SECTION 21 of these Terms.

After notifying your decision, you have 14 days to return the product to us. We will refund the amount paid, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of your notification, using the same means of payment used for the purchase (Art. 107 RDL 1/2007). We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until the consumer provides proof of its return.

Exceptions (Art. 103 RDL 1/2007): the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.


SECTION 17 — LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE

All our products carry the legal conformity guarantee of 3 years set out in Article 120 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as amended by RDL 7/2021. During this period, we will respond to any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within that term.

In the event of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to bringing the goods into conformity (through repair or replacement), to a proportionate price reduction or to termination of the contract, in accordance with the legally established hierarchy. These remedies are free of charge for the consumer.

To enforce the warranty, contact us at hello@valmahome.com providing the proof of purchase and a description of the defect.


SECTION 18 — ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ODR PLATFORM

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Consumers may submit their complaints through that platform. You may also send any prior complaint to hello@valmahome.com; we undertake to respond within a maximum of one month.


SECTION 19 — CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS

We have official complaint forms available to consumers. To request them or to file a complaint, you may write to us at hello@valmahome.com. You may also contact the consumer authorities of your Autonomous Community or the Spanish Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs.


SECTION 20 — APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law: Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users) and other applicable regulations. For consumers residing in the European Union, the more favourable provisions of the consumer's country of habitual residence shall apply.


SECTION 21 — STANDARD WITHDRAWAL FORM (Annex B RDL 1/2007)
