Order processing

All our products are made to order using 3D printing, allowing us to reduce waste and create each piece specifically for you.

The preparation and production time for orders is usually 5 to 7 business days.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.


Shipping time

After order processing, delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

Spain:
5-7 business days of production + 2-3 days of shipping.

Europe:
5-7 business days of production + 3-7 days of shipping.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as the carrier, peak demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown during checkout before completing your order.

From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our online store.


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information so that you can monitor the status of your shipment.


Delivery delays

Although we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, Valma Home is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers

  • customs processes

  • weather conditions

  • circumstances beyond our control


Incorrect address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.

If you notice an error in the address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
